Software AG presenta la nueva generación de soluciones de analítica y visualización de negocio

SoftwareAG ha presentado la disponibilidad de MashZone NextGen Business Analytics, basada en Presto, que surgió de la adquisición de JackBe y que sustituye al original MashZone de Software AG. Incluye una funcionalidad adicional que permite a los usuarios crear interactivas y potentes visualizaciones de la información, compartir cuadros resumen y conocimiento con la posibilidad de verlos en cualquier dispositivo.
La capacidad para recopilar, supervisar, realizar cuadros resumen, analizar y comprender un flujo de información que se mueve rápidamente es fundamental para cualquier empresa digital. BPM vendors in The Forrester Wave™: Low-Code Development Platforms, Q2 2016” report

The BPM vendor Appian has announced that it has been named a Leader by Forrester Research, Inc. in the independent analyst firm’s “The Forrester Wave™: Low-Code Development Platforms, Q2 2016” report. Appian is the only BPM vendor in the report’s Leaders category. AgilePoint, Bizagi and K2 have been named Strong Leaders. In addition, Appian received the highest scores of any vendor in two of the report’s three top-level “Current Offering” criteria, Declarative tooling for low-code development, and App deployment and security features. Appian also received the highest scores possible in three of the report’s four “Strategy” criteria, Strategy Assessment, Self-Service enablement, and Partner ecosystem.
Low-code platforms represent an emerging market that Forrester began tracking in 2014. Forrester defines low-code platforms as “Platforms that enable rapid delivery of business applications with a minimum of hand-coding and minimal upfront investment in setup, training, and deployment.
The report cites that “Appian leads with compelling developer and process tools. Appian is the only business process management (BPM) vendor to crack the Leaders category in our Forrester Wave, reflecting heavy investment over the past two years to beef up its platform to better serve developers.”
The report also states: “Appian’s greatest strengths include a full-featured process modeler, mobile and user experience development, and cloud deployment. Appian also provides centralized functionality for managing and applying style sheets and branding, with support for pixel-perfect control over user interfaces. Appian has a wide partner ecosystem, which includes strategic partnerships with the largest systems integrators, management consultants, and implementation specialists.”

The Indian BPM market may grow 21% according to Nasscom report

The Indian BPM market is expected to record revenue of Rs 23,500 crore in 2015-16, with the third party BPM industry employing 2,40,000 people.

The domestic business process management (BPM) market could grow at a compound annual growth rate of 21% over the next five years to Rs 50,000 crore, generating over 3-lakh additional job opportunities for third party BPM providers even as they move to tier-III and tier-IV cities, according to National association of Software and Services Companies' (Nasscom) "Domestic BPM Market 2016" report.

The largest sectors serviced by the BPM industry last year were BFSI and telecom, each constituting 35% of the revenue, while travel and leisure constituted 10%, retail 6%, and government 5%.

DFW is located between the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas, and is one of the world’s largest international airports in terms of traffic. The airport’s total facility covers roughly 27 square miles, making it larger than New York’s Manhattan Island. As of 2013, DFW ranked fourth globally for airports in terms of aircraft movement and eighth busiest in terms of passenger traffic. DFW reached a major milestone earlier in 2013 by achieving 200 nonstop destination flights moving in and out of its terminals.
